Aspanaex Route

This Sunday we invite you to attend the solidarity march of the year: the Aspanaex March, a 6 km hike through the streets of Vigo whose aim is to raise awareness about the rights of people with intellectual disabilities.

Aspanaex is a nonprofit organization for people with intellectual disabilities in the province of Pontevedra, which since 1963 works to improve the quality of life of these people and their families.

In order to participate, you should go on Sunday, October 9th, at 09:45 a.m. to PLAZA AMÉRICA, where an ESN volunteer will be waiting for you. Just for 5€, you will receive the registration, provisioning along the route and you will take part in a raffle after the event.

How does the Aspanaex March work?

• 10:00 - Arrival of  the participants to the park of Castrelos
• 10:15 - Warming up
• 10:30 - Start of the 39th Edition of the Solidarity March Aspanaex 

Itinerary: Auditorio Parque Castrelos, Plaza América, Avenida Castelo, Calle Porriño, Rúa Padre Seixas, Avda. Balaidos, Avda. Castrelos. ARRIVAL: Auditorio Castrelos. The overall distance is 6 kilometres.

This is not about running or being the first one, but about walking with people with intellectual disabilities and their families.
