Start your Erasmus adventure in Vigo with a dose of adrenaline! Join ESN Vigo for an exciting surfing session at Patos Beach on Saturday, 27 September. It will be an unforgettable afternoon where you will meet new people, learn the basics of surfing, and feel the thrill of the waves.

The activity lasts approximately two hours. If it's your first time on a board, you'll spend the first hour learning the basics of surfing with the help of specialised instructors. Then, in the second hour, you can jump into the water and put what you've learned into practice. If you already have experience, you can skip the introduction and start surfing straight away.

Meeting point: Vigo Intermodal Station (bus docks) at 3:50 p.m. There we will take the 2b bus line, operated by the ‘Lugove’ company.

What to bring: swimsuit, towel, flip-flops, shower gel, and dry clothes to change into. For men, we recommend wearing boxers or tight swim trunks for a better fit with the wetsuit. Women can wear either a swimsuit or a bikini.

Price: €12 (transport to Patos Beach is not included) if it is the first time that you do this activity with us, €14 if you have come before. The bus ticket costs approximately €1.55 per trip (€3.10 round trip). Please bring cash as cards are not always accepted.

The return bus from the ‘Playa de Patos’ stop to Vigo leaves at 8 pm, there are no buses after that!
